Thank you for shopping at Florigami! We are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable, right down to the delivery of your products. Please see below for details regarding our shipping policy.
Processing Your Order
- Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of your purchase.
- Personalized Orders: Orders requiring personalization will need a little more time to perfect. These orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and ready to leave our workshop, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Use this number to keep tabs on your origami flowers’ journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided in your Shipment Confirmation email.
Please note, while we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Florigami cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
