Ako Kawasaki

Ako Kawasaki embarked on her origami journey over 15 years ago, marking her entry into the intricate world of paper folding. Her discovery of Naomiki Sato's Roses in 2010 profoundly influenced her path. Ako's commitment to origami deepened as she earned instructor qualifications from both the Nippon Origami Association (NOA) and the Japan Origami Academic Society (JOAS). With a passion for sharing her craft, she created a community on social media dedicated to origami roses and began conducting Sato Rose Seminars nationwide.

Her collaboration with Naomiki Sato, supporting his series of publications from 2015 to 2023, has been a cornerstone of her career, helping to popularize Sato Rose among origami enthusiasts. In addition to her educational endeavors, Ako has been an active participant in various exhibitions, showcasing her exquisite skills in origami. Through these efforts, she has become an influential figure in the origami community, inspiring both novices and experts with her dedication and artistic mastery.
