How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually put in the mail within two business days. The standard shipping time with USPS is approximately 1-3 days, but if you opt for the faster Priority Mail Express, the delivery time is reduced to 1-2 days. We ship from California, so the further away you are, the longer it may take.

A good rule of thumb: if you place an order on Sunday, we expect to be ship it by either Monday or Tuesday. You should receive your delivery a few days later, between Wednesday and Saturday, depending on the shipping method selected.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, if you have a special request that requires international shipping, please email us at info@florigami.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all of the major carriers. Depending on your location and urgency, you'll be able to select the right balance of speed, cost, and carrier during the checkout process.

Can I return my purchase if needed?

Our goal is to create products that people love, but we realize that occassionally, people need to return products. Which is why we stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Just send us an email and we'll coordinate the return.
