Simple Returns
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right. You can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange by following the steps below:

Notify Us: Send us an email at info@florigami.com, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please include your order number for faster processing.

Ship It Back: Pack the origami flower(s) securely in the original packaging. Then, send it back to us at the address provided in our email response. We ask that you initiate your return shipment within 30 days of receipt.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or prepare your exchange immediately. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your refund to appear back on your credit card statement.
A Few Things to Note:
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
- For exchanges, if the new item is of a different value, we will adjust the difference accordingly.
